Configuring Resources


You must be an owner or admin to perform this action.

Resources are used to track who has access to what and who approved it. You can think of a resource as one of your IT Systems eg Slack.

  1. Navigate to the resources tab in Approvals.
  2. Click New Resource
  3. Give the resource a name and set the review period. The review period will determine when a users access expires
  4. Click Save
  5. Search and add the groups you want to approve these requests. You can set up approver groups by following these instructions.
  6. If desired you can also set individuals as approvers
  7. If you're no longer using a resource you a select Archive which will remove it from the list users see when requesting
