You must be an owner or admin to perform this action.
Resources are used to track who has access to what and who approved it. You can think of a resource as one of your IT Systems eg Slack.
- Navigate to the resources tab in Approvals.
- Click New Resource
- Give the resource a name and set the review period. The review period will determine when a users access expires
- Click Save
- Search and add the groups you want to approve these requests. You can set up approver groups by following these instructions.
- If desired you can also set individuals as approvers
- If you're no longer using a resource you a select Archive which will remove it from the list users see when requesting
